Meru is book one in the Alloy Era series. I could barely get through the first few chapters. This is the absurd imagining of some virtue signaling woke green religion acolyte. They love to blame all the problems of earth on humans. This author decided to expand that to the known universe. My advise is don't bother. I'm not finishing this excuse for science fiction.

Go woke, go broke. Not recommended.

The Method - James Patterson, Michael B. Silver

The Method is a mystery about an actor who takes his role too far. I did not like the fact that it was acted out instead of read. I prefer audio books to be read by a single author. Acting out with sound effects and background music make it hard for me to understand the words. The story was good though.

Recommended.
