Freedom's Choice is the second novel in the Freedom series.

Kris, Zainal and the rest of those stranded have started to settle in. The Catteni have made four more drops of slaves on Botany and they're all being assimilated. Then the Catteni send some people to get Zainal. The night crawlers get them first. That gives the settlers some interesting souvenirs, including a communications device, and the opportunity for more. Big changes are coming to Botany. Very highly recommended.
