I almost gave up on this book and quit reading. I was going to relegate it to the small pile of free books I download that are still overpriced. But then it finally took off. At first it seemed like a daytime soap opera, but finally the down and dirty started, and it turned into a real murder mystery. It was still somewhat disjointed, but worth a read. Especially since it's free. Recommended.
